In November, we will launch a special fundraising campaign to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Step Up. Help us mark this milestone with your donation of $20 or multiples of $20 that will be matched to achieve our immediate goal of $20,000. The funds will be used to purchase and maintain a commercial-grade gas oven for baking bread at our Nsanga Trauma Counseling Center in Butare, Rwanda. Please donate to make a difference in the lives of Rwandan genocide survivors who have, over the years, depended on Step Up support. The proceeds from our new bakery will be used to sustain ongoing projects at the Center. These projects include micro loans to women of the local ABASA association. Their income-generating agricultural and craft enterprises now serve the larger community. Your donation will go twice as far with our matching program. Some of our long-term supporters will match each donation dollar-for-dollar.
